Staff at hotel is very friendly and good. Vincent at reception is a star and the ski room is very helpful. Shame that the guests and staff have to deal with such an obnoxious owner with no sense of accountability.
Owner is obnoxious and extremely dishonest. When we explained him the several issues in the hotel like out of service pool but just kept blaming previous guests and when we complained , he made a scene that we are complaining.

The spa treatments were a majestic experience. The cozy lounge with the fireplace was perfect for "relaxing" with the free Wi-Fi. The restaurant served creative Savoie dishes against a stunning mountain backdrop. The concierge service made sure my escape was truly timeless.
Having to ask for water everywhere made me feel like I was in the desert!

The Gourbeyre family, who own and manage the hotel, welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, right at the heart of Les 3 Vallées ski area, offering a multitude of activities for all ages. We enjoyed exploring the 18 hole mountain golf course, biking in the bike park, and going hiking with our children. The hotel is the only one in Meribel to have a private cinema, which was a great bonus for family movie nights. we had a wonderful time and the hotel truly catered to our family's needs.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated children's play area. My children wished there was a space where they could have fun and interact with other kids.

Nestled at the bottom slope, the location puts you straight into skiing action. the restaurant offers fantastic options ranging from salads to cured meats. After a long day skiing, one can unburden themselves with an affordable 100 euro in tight areas. the proximity to Chambery airport makes getting there relatively easier. the spacious rooms have comfortable beds and polished decor. the bathroom is well furnished. the staff provides impeccable service, and breakfast offerings are reasonable.
Some minor details were missing in the room, like coat hooks.

Our family had a great time during our stay in this modern and spacious hotel. The location was fantastic with easy access to the town center and ski-in/ski-out. The rooms were not only flexible but also beautifully designed with stunning views of the valley. The staff were always helpful and obliging to our requests, making our experience even more enjoyable.
Although our stay was fantastic overall, we found that there were a few minor hiccups along the way. Some details were missing, and the service wasn't always as seamless as we had hoped.

We recently stayed at a 5, star hotel in the French Alps and were blown away by the luxurious amenities. the service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre was nothing short of exceptional. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, as well as the room's exclusive advantages. the in, house restaurant and bar/ lounge area were superb, and the private facilities were top, notch. the location was perfect for ski lovers.
We did experience a small issue with slow wifi speeds, but this was a minor inconvenience in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a truly luxurious and exclusive mountain getaway.
